Returns

Returns may be made within the first 10 days of receipt of merchandise unless the product is a custom/personalized product. Shipping and handling/processing charges will not be refunded - only the cost of the product will be refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Whitehall Products, Salsbury Mailboxes, Qualarc, Good Directions Products are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless there is a manufacturer's defect. Personalized products from these companies are not refundable unless there is a defect made by them. These items that have a suspected defect must be reported to Mailbox Collections within 3 days of receipt. This is the policy of the individual manufacturers and is not something we have control over.

Bluegrass Woods products cannot be returned unless there is a defect in production of the mailbox.

America's Finest Mailboxes are custom made upon order - each of these mailboxes is manufactured to your specifications from thousands of configurations, thus, returned items are subject to a 50% restock charge plus shipping to cover the costs of production - this is in addition to the purchase price of the mailbox. Items must be returned in new, unused, and re-saleable condition - the original shipping material must accompany the mailbox. If a product is received and it is un-saleable - a refund will not be made. All returned items will be inspected prior to issuing credit.

Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund amount for all returns with the exception of items received defective or damaged. Customized orders cannot be returned due to their uniqueness.

No returns for the following: All Custom Orders or Personalized Orders unless there is a manufacturers defect.

Report damaged goods or discrepancies to Mailbox Collections, Etc. immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible.

Custom Personalized Items

Once production has begun on your custom item - it is non-refundable. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm specifics on a custom order prior to placing order.
