How do we confirm the selections for Personalized House Signs?
Answer: Mailbox Collections will reconfirm all selections on House Sign order prior to finalizing the order. These are custom house signs and we want the customer to receive exactly what they ordered.

What if I decide I would like to return a product?
Answer: All returns must be authorized prior to returning the product. Many of our vendors charge a restocking fee for returns. Shipping will not be refunded.

What if I want to return a personalized product?
Answer: Personalized items are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect - and again, there must be an authorization issued prior to the return.

Do you ship to Canada and other International Countries?
Answer: Many of our products are available for shipment to Canada and other International locations. Please email via the Contact page regarding availability. Note: All Duties and Taxes levied in Canada and other International Countries are the responsibility of the customer when the order arrives. You, as the importer of the items will pay additional charges for customs clearance of your purchase. Mailbox Collections is not responsible for any Duties, Tariffs or Taxes. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs and taxes vary from province to province. If you decide to refuse the shipment, you the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs to you plus any duties that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package.

Will I be responsible for shipping on a return item?
Answer: It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for shipping on a return item - the item must be in new condition. It is recommended that the customer insure the item, as well for their safety.

What is a restocking fee?
Answer: A restocking fee is a fee charged by a manufacturer for a return of their product. If a product is damaged or defective, then the restocking fee is normally waived. The restocking fee is deducted from the product refund prior to the issue of the refund to the customer. What are the locations that Free Shipping applies to if a product is shown as Free Shipping?
Free Shipping applies only to merchandise shipped within the 48 contiguous United States. Deliveries outside the continental United States will require additional shipping/handling charges. A customer service representative will contact you within one to three business days to provide a final shipping quote.
