Shipping
We offer Standard Ground Shipping (within 7 business
days) via Federal Express Ground and Federal Express Home Delivery Services.
Shipping Rates
Shipping and Handling Charges are calculated on the total price of an order
according to the chart below.

Additional Oversize Shipping Charges Additional Shipping Charges may apply on specific oversize products.
Any product requiring oversize shipment will be annotated as such on the product page. If your purchase requires Oversized shipping, those charges are applied in addition to the standard shipping and processing charges
outlined above.
Custom Items
Many of our products are custom made and will not be available for expedited shipping.
International Orders
Mailbox Collections, Etc currently ships within the United States - however some of our products are available for shipment to Canada.
Canadian Orders
Canadian Orders will incur additional international shipping charges. International shipping charges will be communicated to customer prior to order being finalized and
processed.
All duties, GST, taxes are the responsibility
of the recipient of the order.
Returns
To exchange or return your purchase, please return it within 14 days of receipt. Once we receive your return, we will credit you for the cost of the original item unless it is for exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED prior to return to Mailbox Collections, Etc. Authorization
can be obtained by phone - Toll Free 877-298-0638 or email. If you send a return without authorization, your shipment will usually be refused.
The following items are not refundable:
- Custom made house signs
- Customized mailboxes
- Any other products that are marked as customized, or personalized.
- Custom made products that have begun production
Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the return is for a defective product or error made in processing of order.
If a product is returned, please make sure it is insured. If it is uninsured and is lost in transit or the item is damaged, there will be no refund.
