Mailbox Collections - Return Policy

Returns may be made within the first 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay shipping to return merchandise. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Custom Orders or personalized orders are not returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm specifics on mailbox prior to ordering.

Report damaged goods or discrepancies to Mailbox Collections, Etc. immediately upon receipt. Damaged items will be replaced as soon as possible.
