How to Order

Orders can be placed to Mailbox Collections, Etc through several different methods - website or telephone. Web: - ordering online allows a secure system shopping cart that will accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.  International Orders require payment via credit card, official Money Order or Certified Cashiers Check.
Telephone Orders: Phone Orders can be taken M-F 10:00 - 5:00 CST at 1-877-298-0638. Orders will be processed through the secure merchant account. Email confirmation will be sent to the buyer via email.
Payment Methods: We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping: Orders are shipped via Federal Express Ground or UPS. We currently ship only within the Continental United States and do not accept International Orders.
Orders/Delivery Times: Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Once an order is processed, a confirmation message will be sent to the buyer via email.
